I have placed the advertisements provided by Google AdSense (of Google Company) in my web-site www.opuhol.ru. The condition of compensation payment was accrual of the sum $100/USD/ and up, in my account.
Having saved up the sum sufficient for payment, in my account, I have requested Google to transfer the money due to me. Approximately 1,5 months later, I have received a CitiBank  cheque for the sum USD 111.80, and went to CitiBank  with it.

Work in executive governmental positions
(Meaning here you/your close relatives` or authorized representatives` work in executive governmental positions)
Have these persons occupied any executive governmental positions (or are these persons applicants/candidates to any executive governmental positions) in the governmental bodies, state enterprises, institutions, organizations, armed forces, bodies of judicial authority, political parties?

I was told in CitiBank branch that, in order to receive the money according to the cheque, I had to file an application or issue of plastic card.

In the application which I had been given, there was an article clearly saying about the bank`s activity on gathering non-profile information, with the obscure, in my opinion, prospects of use.

According to CitiBank service tariffs:

• Urgent issue of banking card - 750 RUB.
• Servicing - 250 RUB.
• Acceptance of cheques for collection - 750 RUB.

Thus, at exchange rate being $1 ~ 25 RUB, I will receive, having applied to CitiBank , of the sum USD 111.80 (2775 RUB), approximately 1025 RUB, that is, the greater part will go to the bank, and this is disregarding the taxes which I pay in the Russian Federation (13% of the sum).
In my opinion, Google has betrayed my confidence, not having informed me initially about the work conditions extremely unprofitable for me, having caused material and moral damage.

Questions:

• What part of money for CitiBank  services goes to Google? (Does Google  receive money from the client repeatedly)?
• Why has Google concluded the contract with CitiBank, knowing about the extremely unprofitable tariffs?
• Are the actions of CitiBank  and Google directed on participation in stabilization of current crisis in the USA, at the expense of the money earned in the Russian Federation and at the expense of the Russian Federation?
• Why CitiBank , upon Google  consent, conducts gathering of information not concerning banking interest, and how it is used further?
• Is tariff and information policy of Google  and CitiBank  in the Russian Federation and the USA identical?

Conclusions:

• I am going to receive the answers to the above and other questions from the competent departments in the Russian Federation and the USA.
